This rebuttal came more from a series of conversations we&#039;re having at my place of work rather than from a particular article.  Glad to hear SJSU is churning out graduates well equipped to answer these tough questions... that&#039;s good news for us all!</description>

It is now a required class for SJSU library school, so I it will churn out graduates better equipped at the art and science of measuring library services success.</description>
